When you use Women & Infants Hospital for laboratory services, you draw on the expertise and resources of a comprehensive diagnostic and screening facility and one of the nation's leading specialty hospitals for women and newborns. The pathologists and other team members who deliver services have a specialized focus and depth of experience in women's and children's health.

A major teaching affiliate of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Women & Infants' laboratory is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), and is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of pathologists, clinical laboratory specialists, clinical laboratory technicians, phlebotomists and support personnel who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are committed to quality, customer service and timely results.
