What happens when I have an acute medical issue?
Please call our office to schedule a sick visit appointment. We will do our best to ensure that you are seen by one of our providers within 24 hours of your call.
What happens if I have a medical issue outside of office hours?
There is always a physician on-call for medical emergencies. Call our main office telephone line (459-0230), and the operator will page the physician on-call. We request that patients use this paging system for urgent medical issues only.
What is the best way to get a refill on my medications?
Call your pharmacy to request a refill. Your pharmacy will then fax a request to our office.
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment in consideration of our other patients.
How much time in advance do I need to call to schedule my annual exam?
Most patients schedule their annual exams one year in advance. If you are due for your annual exam, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
