(Providence, RI) -- Women & Infants Hospital’s 2025 Gala, held on Friday, May 2, 2025, raised more than $410,000 and was attended by hundreds of community leaders, grateful patients, donors, friends, and colleagues, who enjoyed an evening of community, purpose and fun to support the Women & Infants Annual Fund.
Women & Infants Hospital is celebrating the conclusion of a historic fundraising campaign and the completion of the Brown University Labor and Delivery Center. This year’s gala was a special tribute to the tireless efforts of all the volunteers, medical staff, and community members who gave selflessly to make the new labor and delivery center a reality. The gala also recognized Women & Infants Hospital as the forefront of providing innovative healthcare to women at every stage of life and as a trusted and essential resource for the community.

At this year’s gala, Judith B. Remondi was presented with the Cynthia B. Patterson Award in honor of her volunteer service to Women & Infants Hospital.
President and COO Shannon Sullivan recognized Judi as a champion of Women & Infants Hospital and women’s health. “I am deeply grateful to Judi Remondi, whose dedication and commitment have made a lasting impact on Women & Infants Hospital. As a grateful patient and tireless advocate, Judi brought extraordinary passion and leadership to our $35 million capital campaign for the new Brown University Labor and Delivery Center.
