Research

All patients of the WPCC are able to join the various research studies our physicians and staff are conducting. You are never required to join a study and your treatment at Women & Infants will not change if you choose not to participate.

Currently, our studies include:

  • Meditation for chronic pain relief
  • Treatment of menstrual problems
  • Post-partum depression
Research is one way we are able to find new medications and procedures that will help you and other women in the future. All studies at Women & Infants must receive approval from the hospital's Institutional Review Board.
