Breast Health
Cancer is just one reason a woman might come to the Breast Health Center. Some may come with breast pain, rashes or other medical issues. It is our job to find the answers to all their questions and concerns.

Specialized Testing
The Breast Health Center offers the latest technology to help diagnose and treat women's breast diseases. Our Division of Diagnostic Imaging contains cutting-edge equipment for a variety of specialized tests. Other procedures are conducted in our exam or operating rooms.

These tests include:

» Breast core biopsy
» Sentinel node biopsy

Cancer Risk Assessment
Women concerned that their family history or environment increases their risk of developing cancer can meet with counselors and physicians with our Cancer Risk Assessment and Prevention Program .
» Risk factors

Cancer Management
The Breast Health Center offers patients with breast cancer and benign breast problems contemporary treatment programs that incorporate the latest information, knowledge and technology.

Program in Women's Oncology
The Breast Health Center is part of the Program in Women's Oncology, which serves as a resource to physicians and patients for the diagnosis and treatment of medical and surgical oncology and gynecological oncology in women.

Giving Support
We offer a variety of support groups at The Breast Health Center and Program in Women's Oncology. Most are for patients, but there are others for family members, children and caregivers.
