Life and its health care issues come at us quickly. There’s often no time to sift through the filing cabinet, and, besides, most of us don’t keep adequate records on our health history or that of our children, parents or other relatives.
Keeping track of important health information for yourself and your family is now easier with Care New England’s Personal Health Record, CNme, an online tool now being offered as a pilot program by Care New England for patients at Women & Infants Hospital’s Center for Reproduction and Infertility. Through CNme, you can access your personal health information free on our secure, confidential site at any time, from any Internet connection around the world. Your information is secure and can only be accessed by you or people you trust, such as a caregiver or relative.
CNme is an online health management tool that lets you see most information in your electronic medical records from Women & Infants and Kent hospitals and allows you to send secure messages to your health care providers.
This pilot program is making CNme available to patients at Women & Infants’ Center for Reproduction and Infertility. Our staff can sign you up for CNme quickly and easily at an office visit. Once you do, you’ll be able to manage your health in one secure, convenient online location.
