Zsolt Orban, MD, FACE, is the director of the Division of Endocrinology at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. He received his medical degree from Semmelweis University of Medicine after which he completed a residency in internal medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He then completed a fellowship in endocrinology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. He is a Fellow of the American College Endocrinology and a member of the American Association of Clinical endocrinologists.
He worked in private practice in Bristol, RI for 15 years prior to joining Care New England in 2015 as full-time endocrine specialist providing both outpatient care and inpatient consultations.
Dr. Orban is an assistant professor of medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He has a special interest in thyroid and calcium disorders, thyroid cancer, osteoporosis, men’s health and diabetes.
