In 2010, she was named Social Worker of the Year in Children & Families by the Rhode Island Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
"The impact of early developmental influences serves as the foundation for later experiences. I believe intervening early in a child’s life helps to promote emotional well-being, optimize developmental outcomes, and prevent future problems."
