is an assistant professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is a graduate of Tufts University and completed his doctoral training at University of Miami.
Dr. Sheinkopf works as both a clinician and a researcher with expertise is the area of autism and developmental disabilities. He has held a number of federal research grants, and has served on NIH, NSF, and foundation grant review panels.
Dr. Sheinkopf’s clinical service is focused on the early diagnosis and clinical management of autism. Dr. Sheinkopf has also served on local and regional advisory boards related to his professional expertise. Dr. Sheinkopf is co-director of the Rhode Island Consortium for Autism Research and Treatment.
