Internships are defined as a work experience for which you will be receiving course credit through a college, university or technical/ training program. These experiences usually involve a minimum of 10 hours per week in the hospital for the course of a semester. You must be entering your Junior or Senior year for this semester.
Timelines for the Summer and Fall sessions are:
Submit internship specifications (see below) with resume by April 11, 2014
Placements will need to be finalized by May 16, 2014
Submit internship specifications and resume by July 25, 2014
Placements will need to be finalized by August 8, 2014
Part of the process is a personal interview. If you are not able to come for the interview during the summer, please make arrangements to do so before your summer break, sending the information requested.
