The Gift Shop

The Gift Shop offers a variety of items, including flowers, plants, balloons, greeting cards, toiletries, infant clothing, jewelry, candy, books, magazines, and special "It's a Boy/Girl items!" Complimentary gift wrapping and delivery to the patient's room is available. We can also arrange delivery of flowers and gift items to the patient's home. Nursing Moms, Etc.

Located at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI, Nursing Moms, Etc. is a retail store dedicated to help with all the needs of the breastfeeding mother, new mother, and the initial needs of the newborn during his or her first week of life. We also carry items for premature babies and some fun onesies for newborns! Our store hours are Monday through Saturday 10am to 4pm (open Tuesdays and Thursday until 8pm). and Sunday 10am to 2pm.  We can be reached at 401-453-7940.

Because we are a joint venture of the Women & Infants Auxiliary and the Health Education Department we are different from every other retail store. Proceeds from Nursing Moms, Etc. support Women & Infants' patient programs. One such program is the "Warm Line", a telephone assistance program staffed by RNs to help you with any questions and or problems with your new baby.

The Warm Line has provided help and support for thousands of new mothers and you don't need to have been a patient at Women & Infants Hospital to call the Warm Line. Help is available 7 days a week, Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm, at (800) 711-7011.
