Urogynecology Care Coordinator (Temporary)

Job Description The Urogynecology Care Coordinator provides support in the clinical and office functions of the department.  Duties include direct patient contact, maintaining office systems, and providing assistance in various clinical functions and procedures.  Provides clerical support to staff and performs other job-related duties as may be required.
Required Education High school graduate required with 2-3 years experience in administrative/medical setting.  Medical Assistant certificate required.  Post-secondary education in secretarial or medical field helpful.    Must have CPR certification,  knowledge of medical terminology, computer competency (WP51), good transcription skills, and typing at 50 WPM.  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills,  and demonstrated maturity to work with adult and elderly patients needed.  Must have proficiency in the English language; fluency in Spanish highly desirable.  Must have flexibility in hours for possible weekends and evenings.
