From north of Providence, Rhode Island:

Take 95 South to Exit 22C (titled "Mall"). Follow signs to the Providence Place Mall. The off-ramp takes you onto Kinsley Avenue/Providence Place. At the Providence Place Mall, follow road to the left (like a u-turn) onto Promenade Street. Take the first right onto Holden Street. 50 Holden Street is the second building on the left. Take the first left onto Edith Street, directly before 50 Holden Street. Patient and visitor parking is located in the front of our building.

From south of Providence, Rhode Island:
