is a reproductive endocrinologist at Women & Infants Center for Reproduction and Infertility and is a member of the multidisciplinary team of providers at the hospital's Menopause Program.
Dr. Wheeler earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. She did her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH, and her fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology. She practiced at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA prior to coming to Rhode Island in 1990. She is director of the Women & Infants Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Clinic. She also is director of Third Party Reproduction at the Center for Reproduction and Infertility.
Her research interests include in vitro fertilization (IVF) outcomes, endometriosis and menopause.
